This role involves helping to set up and take down infrastructure at markets and events, as well as assisting with other activities that support our social enterprise.

About the Role
Seasons of the Glens CIC is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Operations Team on a casual basis. This role involves setting up and dismantling market/event infrastructure, assisting with logistics, and supporting the wider activities of our social enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and taking down gazebos, and other event infrastructure
Loading and unloading equipment and supplies
Supporting event operations, ensuring smooth setup and pack-down
Assisting with stock handling and general operational tasks
Working as part of a team to ensure events run efficiently
Depending on experience, additional tasks may be required to support the wider activities of our social enterprise.
What We’re Looking For
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
A driving licence is beneficial but not essential (CI-E licence is an advantage)
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided
