Join our Shop Team

Do you love local food and craft? Enjoy chatting with people and being part of a friendly, purpose-driven team?

We’re looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused to help run our Basalt and Oak pop-up shop at local markets. You’ll be the face of our stall—setting up, serving customers, and helping share the stories behind the products we sell.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and pack down the shop at market days

• Serve customers and handle payments

• Chat to visitors about the local products we sell

• Keep the stall tidy, stocked, and welcoming

• Sample local produce

• Work towards meeting sales targets

• Occasionally help with fulfilling hamper orders, stocktaking or simple admin duties at our base.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and confident attitude

• Good timekeeping and willingness to work outdoors

• Weekend and bank holiday availability

• An interest in local produce is an advantage

• A driving licence is desirable, but not essential

• No experience needed – full training provided

Job Description

Location: Various locations across the Causeway Coast and Glens region.

Hours: Part-time | Casual | Weekend Work, hours based on demand and availability.

Rate: Based on experience
