About Us

Seasons of the Glens, kindly funded by the Rank Foundation profit for good programme in 2019,  is a mobile fine food emporium which travels from market to market bringing local produce and fine food to local communities and providing a platform for local growers, farmers, makers and producers to sell their produce to the public when they cannot attend local markets themselves.

We also specialise in high quality fine food hampers suitable for all occasions,  focusing on locally produced speciality and award winning local products.

We support and champion those in NI that produce our food. Our fine food emporium operates as a social enterprise, and the proceeds are dedicated to supporting Naturally North Coast and Glens.

We are a not for profit social enterprise committed to benefiting the community by supporting local businesses, especially in food, drink, creative sectors, and tourism.

We help these businesses grow and succeed by giving them a way to reach more customers. We believe in strong community engagement and want to boost rural areas by making it easier for local products to be sold more widely.

By showcasing the best of Northern Ireland's local food and creatives, we aim to attract more visitors and support the tourism industry.

We organise inclusive and sustainable events that bring people together, celebrate local culture, and encourage eco-friendly practices. Any surplus profits we make go back to NNCG, to support its charitable goals and ongoing projects

What are our aims

Public support for local artisan producers, farmers and makers continues to grow in Northern Ireland  and we’d like to think we’re playing our part in that process.

We aim to

  • Support local communities, businesses, families and individuals

  • Provide opportunities for people to support themselves

  • Providing a local outlet for our fantastic food producers, supplying you with local produce.

  • Provide fresh seasonal produce

  • Increase awareness of where our food comes from,

  • Reduce food miles and in turn our carbon footprint

  • Focus on supplying quality products and a first-class, fair service

  • Ensure small businesses are paid promptly

  • Ensure every purchase has a purpose by reinvesting profits to help NNCG achieve their mission.

We want to see communities reach out, share, rediscover food ideas and make best use of what’s available season by season and learn about real food culture.

Why not come along to one of our pop up market stalls or gift one of our fine food hamers and experience what Northern Ireland has to offer offer.
